I know you're out there
so many in one
and one in so many

so please...

Can you focus, focus, focus
on the one not yourself
sinking deep inside
what you think you see
until you slide into the
sea of being?

Just being

And then
can you swim there
through the warmth and cold
of eddies and currents
without surfacing back into that place
where you only drown
in yourself?


If you can,
swim now...
time is short
love is long
